Hypothetically speaking: say a giant robot wanted to get completely overcharged, who would I need to bug if I wanted to get a large supply of Energon or another energy source?

I think you finding me enough Energon in order to get overcharged will be enough.

Are you sure you want to waste any tokens of appreciation in such a way, Starscream? Especially as it wouldn't be that much energon... Two cubes, one after the other, should be enough, yes?

That doesn't mean you should waste them on such small things with barely any return result, now does it?

Quality, not quanity, even if you... ah, happen to have... An unlimited supply.

If I have an unlimited supply then I can waste it on whatever I want.

If we can't find energon or anything similar in the necessary quanities to waste on such a pursuit, and you haven't asked someone before that, I might go ask.
